I'm so thrilled and excited! I entered a Christmas short story in a contest at ldspublisher.blogspot.com and I won the publisher's "unpublished author" choice. My story, "Christmas Joy Ride" is a children's story about a twelve year-old boy who takes his grandfather's golf cart into the desert. I've been reading other LDS author's blogs--they're great! Very inspiring. I'm going to try to post on my blog regularly. I don't work at the library today, so I'll work on my novel. Fun stuff! And I'll check in later to "report."
